1) ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø Objectives of the Data Management Committee
Ø Centralize Institutional Data Collection : Develop a unified system for collecting and storing academic, administrative, and performance-related data.
Ø Ensure Data Quality and Accuracy : Monitor data for consistency, accuracy, and timeliness across all institutional reports and platforms.
Ø Support Decision-Making and Reporting : Provide validated data to support academic planning, policy-making, accreditation, and external reporting (AISHE, NIRF, GSIRF, NAAC, etc.).
Ø Facilitate Compliance and Audits : Maintain audit-ready data sets for internal and external reviews or inspections.
