ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø Provide training in soft skills, communication, aptitude, and technical competencies to prepare students for job markets.
Ø Organize career guidance sessions, industry interaction programs, and talks by professionals to inform students about various career paths.
Ø Collaborate with industries and organizations to create internship and placement opportunities for students.
Ø Align student skills with industry needs by arranging workshops, industrial visits, and hands-on training programs.
Ø Support students interested in entrepreneurship through mentorship, startup guidance, and awareness about government schemes.
